Microsoft Teams Deployment
Experience that helps you see what’s coming.
Our experience includes leading Microsoft 365, collaboration, governance, migration and modernization programs in complex global environments.
That work has involved tens of thousands of users, hundreds of terabytes of data, acquisition integrations and highly regulated environments.
A technically sound plan can still fail because support, adoption or a dependent service wasn’t ready. Large-program experience informs how we test a plan’s assumptions and identify the operational risk.

Enterprise Experience
Microsoft 365 governance spans multiple disciplines.
Effective governance connects Legal, Security, Compliance, Information Governance, Identity, Communications, platform teams and business stakeholders. Our enterprise experience helps these groups work through the risks, agree responsibilities and make decisions they can operate and support.
Selected enterprise programs
Establishing Microsoft Teams as an enterprise platform
Challenge: Establish Microsoft Teams as an enterprise platform for more than 135,000 employees while modernizing regional file services.
Work: Strategy, architecture, governance, adoption, communications and support readiness. The wider program migrated 22,000 users and 250 TB of content to OneDrive.
Program result: Content moved to OneDrive and legacy file infrastructure was retired.
Why it matters
The platform design doesn’t carry the deployment on its own. Governance, support readiness and employee adoption affect whether people can use it and whether legacy services can be retired. Those dependencies belong in the plan.
Maintaining continuity during large-scale integration
Challenge: Maintain continuity through acquisition integration across 49,000 mailboxes and approximately 28,000 Skype users.
Work: Identity alignment, email coexistence, migration planning, routing changes, messaging security and operational readiness.
Work delivered: Identity, coexistence and routing work supported the acquisition integration.
Why it matters
Identity, coexistence and routing decisions affect whether people can keep working during an integration. Reviewing those dependencies matters as much as the migration itself. The plan needs to account for continuity and remaining risk.
Assigning responsibility for platform changes
Challenge: Define who reviews platform changes, makes decisions, accepts risk and follows through.
Work: Governance processes involving Legal, Information Governance, Security, Identity, Mobility, platform teams and business stakeholders.
Governance focus: Clear responsibility for reviewing changes, making decisions and following through across technical, security, compliance and business teams.
Why it matters
A distribution list isn’t a substitute for ownership. Someone needs to assess the impact, make or escalate the decision and confirm the work was completed. Otherwise, the risk remains even after the announcement has been read.
